Shipping & Returns

🚚 Shipping Policy

At The Wild Little Wardrobe, we strive to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Each piece is packed with care and attention to detail.​

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Processing times may be slightly longer during new launches, holidays, or sales.​

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States using USPS or UPS.

– Standard shipping: arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch

– Expedited shipping: available at checkout

Local Pickup (if applicable):

Pickup is available in the Omaha/Bennington, NE area. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready with pickup details. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Wild Little Wardrobe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need assistance, reach out to us — we’ll do our best to help.

Preorders:

Preorder items will include an estimated ship date in the product description. Dates are estimates and may vary slightly.

International Orders:

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

🛍️ Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece from The Wild Little Wardrobe! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Please contact us at jessica@thewildlittlewardrobe.com if you'd like to return an item and we can help you with the process. 

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery, and all items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll have the option to choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit for the full amount of your purchase. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for your return to be processed after it has been received.

Exchanges:

Because our collections are limited and styles sell quickly, we can’t always guarantee an even exchange. If you’d like a different size or item, we recommend repurchasing your desired piece and returning the original for store credit.

Non-returnable items:

– Final Sale items

– Accessories

– Gift cards

Damaged or incorrect items:

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
